Angelica DeLeon - Staff and Hiring Manager

Angelica de Leon is another vital person in our organization. She is our Staffing & Hiring Manager. She makes the whole process of scheduling, staffing and a myriad of important office details smooth. Angelica, a mother of three, two grown, and one 7th grader, took her B.A. years ago in Business Management, then became a Sales Marketing Manager for a famous multi-national pharmaceutical and consumer products company for eleven years before her husband moved the family to the U.S. Upon arrival here, she started working as a personal care provider in a large assisted living facility of 150 residents in San Mateo County. Within two years, she became the Associate Director for the facility’s Personal Care and Marketing department. Her competence, diligence, sweetness and her courteous manners make her a star wherever she goes. We all feel lucky to have her working with us and plan to keep her around for a long, long time to come because she makes our whole personnel process a well-choreographed, enjoyable ballet.

Alec Tappin, our newest and youngest associate, is an impressive 6 foot, 6 inches tall and is a recent graduate of St. Mary's College in Moraga, California, a Catholic College well-known throughout the years for it emphasis on community service. He's joined our team as an Executive Assistant and Social Media Manager, and we have every reason to believe, he'll be a tremendous asset in these roles.

As a Communications major, Alec's writing skills got him his first job writing articles for a local county newspaper, something he still likes to do and which, he says, he plans to continue to do on an occasional basis. Aside from this interest, Alec was recognized by the American Red Cross with an "Act of Kindness and Philanthropy Hero Award" for all his various contributions to serving youth projects. On top of that, he is still a volunteer for their Disaster Action Team and attends their meetings regularly to stay up-to-date.

Alec says he was naturally drawn to senior care and is excited about helping us provide the best possible service he can to support the seniors in our community. Like the rest of our hand-picked staff, we think he has a heart of gold, and we're very, very pleased to have him on our team.
